Cancellation Policy

Milestones accepts appointment requests through our website, and each request is confirmed only after our team verifies therapist availability and sends you a confirmation message. Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and preferred slots are more likely when appointments are made 24–48 hours in advance. Some sessions may require advance payment to secure the slot. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours beforehand; late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes may lead to loss of session fees or restrictions on future bookings. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time while the full session charge will still apply. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate so that our team can process your request smoothly. Milestones reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments in case of emergencies or operational requirements, and you will be notified promptly if such changes occur.
